My family began vacationing on Hilton Head Island over 10 years ago, we knew that this would be a place we called home one day. I am very passionate and knowledgeable about our beautiful island and more specifically about the Forest Beach neighborhood, I cannot imagine living anywhere else. I believe my past experiences in credit reporting, mortgage reporting, working for a mortgage division, and 5 years as a paralegal have led me to this position and have added value to my position as a REALTOR®. It is my goal to help other families dreams of owning their beach home come true.
In my first year selling real estate, I earned the Sales Achievement Award, and the next year the Ambassadors Cup Award and finished the year in the top 5% of our region and top 3% of all agents company wide. This past year I continued my trend as a Top Producer earning the Circle of Honor. I recently passed the South Carolina Real Estate Broker test and am now the Broker in Charge of HH Island Real Estate & Rentals, a joint venture with my husband Steve. We have both grown our businesses tremendously over the past couple of years as a result of our business model where I sell them, he rents them, and the renters who are thinking about buying have a direct line of communication back to me.
I have a strong belief in giving back to the community and I am actively involved in the Hilton Head Island community serving Meals on Wheels and within our Hilton Head Area Realtors Association as a member of the Board of Directors as well as serving on the Professional Development and Community Outreach Committees. I have earned the Realtor Service Award for the past 3 years, and have the earned the Island Ambassador designation as well as being a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BSBA in Marketing
Since most of my buyers, and sellers for that matter, do not have their primary residence in South Carolina, I am here for them every step of the way, as if it were my own home. As is often said, real estate is about location, location, location.
