Once you enter this spacious home, you immediately see the pride of ownership throughout. Tastefully decorated with a coastal vibe, this home provides everything you need for a great Hilton Head Island vacation. The open concept living area features a large open kitchen, living area, dining table with seating for 8 and bar seats for another 4. The windows in the living area and adjacent conversation area, look out to the private swimming pool just outside the doors. Ample seating around the pool provides a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The first level of the home also features a main bedroom with a king-sized bed, attached ensuite with a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom on the first level has a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and is located just off the front entrance. At the top of the stairs to the second floor, you will find a loft area with seating and a flat screen TV providing a gathering spot away from the main living area and adjacent to the three upstairs bedrooms. The guest bedroom on the second level has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and attached ensuite with a walk-in shower. The bunk room is equipped with two twin-over-full bunk beds, each accompanied by a trundle bed beneath, and an attached ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The main bedroom on the 2nd floor features a king-sized bed, attached ensuite with a separate soaking tub and walk in shower, flat screen TV and a small private balcony overlooking the pool area.
